The Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland has been assessed for the quality of its education and operations, and has been awarded accreditation by internationally recognized and specialist government authorities in both Switzerland and the United Kingdom

Swiss Recognized
The Culinary Arts Foundation Degree programme is recognized and surpasses the requirements for Higher Diploma accreditation by the government education authority for the Valais region of Switzerland.

International Accreditation
The Culinary Arts Foundation Degree programme and the Culinary Arts Bachelor degree programme are validated by Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) as authorized by the governing accreditation body in the United Kingdom.
