The Bachelor of Arts programme explores global food trends, culinary processes suitable for use on transport, international bakery and food and beverage styling and photography techniques. You will have the opportunity to apply theory, to practice and demonstrate innovation and creative skills in setting up and developing your own culinary concept as part of the final project
