The Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland offers the possibility to take the Advanced Certificate course over one year and proceed to the Higher Diploma in the second year. You will be exposed to cuisines from countries and regions with a rich, traditional culinary history as well as to new culinary trends
The one and a half year programme is aimed at high-school graduates and those with a passion for cooking wishing to start a culinary career in a hotel or restaurant. Graduates may also qualify for entry-level supervisory positions within a brigade or department in larger-scale hotels and catering operations.
