Academy Facilities
State-of-the-art kitchen teaching facilities >>
State-of-the-art facilities with three different teaching kitchen environments: the demonstration; application; and production. In the application kitchen you will have your own cooking stove for hands-on work. Often the dishes prepared by our students are served and savoured by the students, faculty and staff in the César Ritz dining room. Theory classes are conducted in our comfortable modern classrooms.
Small-size practical classes allow you to apply what you have just learnt in the demonstration kitchen. A student/chef ratio of 4:1 assures that you will be in close contact with the Academy chefs.
