Leading a restaurant and/or a brigade requires knowledge not only in cooking and management but also in leadership.

As an integral part of the Culinary Arts courses, the Leadership Programme will give you all the necessary tools for the management roles you will most likely hold in your future

This programme assists you in developing the personal, social, professional and academic skills that you will need to become a successful leader.

Our approach includes:

• Workshops in order to prepare you for interviews and to help you "dress for success"
• Personality assessments, teamwork and personal development classes
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity training
• Networking and mentoring skills
• Participation in community service activities

You will be assigned a dedicated personal adviser who will assist and guide you throughout your studies.
