The Culinary Arts Academy Switzerland programmes are aimed at high-school graduates, those seeking a career change, and for people with a passion for cooking and a strong desire for a culinary career in the hotel or restaurant business 

Admission Criteria

Applicants must be 18 years of age or over, with 12 years of general education. Applicants with prior learning or work experience may also apply. A sound knowledge of spoken and written English is required, students who need to improve their English should enrol in the University Foundation Programme. See application package for full details.

Course Calendar

Programme Costs

Fees in Swiss Francs (CHF)
CHF 14,500 per Term 1 to 5 (each)
Tuition, accommodation, full board (Monday to Sunday), Internet access, residence permit and taxes.

Student Account
Terms 1-2: CHF 3,000
Further Terms: Restocking required.
Books, professional uniform, uniform laundering, medical and accident insurance.

Compulsory: A knife set and personal uniform (may be purchased upon arrival). A laptop is optional and may also be purchased on campus.
