University Foundation Programme
Using proven and dynamic language-teaching techniques, the University Foundation Programme (UFP) offers students more than 20 hours of English instruction per week. This innovative programme can be studied over one or two terms, with successful students continuing to the Culinary Arts Academy.
This programme is offered in partnership with “César Ritz” Colleges Switzerland at Le Bouveret Campus

Supporting Activities
Additional activities are included to support student learning, such as field visits and excursions to hotels, restaurant and tourist attractions.

This programme can be completed in one or two terms, dependant upon existing language skills.
1 Term (11 weeks) CHF 7,500
2 Terms (22 weeks) CHF 15,000
Fees include: Tuition, accommodation, full board (Monday to Sunday), residence permit and taxes.
